This code of conduct is currently in DRAFT as we evolve.
WhatsAppBiz's objective is to create a pleasant environment where your prospective customers can find your services.
We will provide this service for you as best as we can, however as in every partnership there is 2 parties that need to fulfill their part in order for the partnership to work.
Below is a code of conduct for each member to try and adhere to in order for us to keep a healthy productive relationship.
The code of conduct can change at anytime to enable us to better work together to provide a first class service to you and your customers.
WhatsAppBiz will attempt to fullfill the following obligations for their clientel.
1 - Maintain the website and keep it as up to date as possible.
2- Keep prices down to a minimum using the "you get what you pay for" model.
3 - We will advertise WhatsAppBiz and listed service providers on various groups, platforms, social events and applications.
We expect clients listing their products and services to meet the following criteria as best as possible.
1 - Keep catalogs up to date.
2 - Be available during the open times indicated on catalogs.
3 - Be courteous to our/their customers at all times.
4 - Show fair up to date prices on catalogs.
5 - Meet your self imposed obligations per your advertising.
6 - Advertise your catalog and WhatsAppBiz as much as possible on any of your groups and social circles.
7 - Fill all editable setting on your catalog profile as shown below. These details are critical for our clients to know where and when you are available to best serve them.
